Greek pita pizza
take a pita, put some olive oil on it. put some chopped up fresh spinach with a little water in a bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. Get toaster oven going to bake. put some tomato slices on the pita, sprinkle with oregano and greek seasoning, put the spinach on top. throw some feta cheese on top. into the toaster oven for a few minutes. DONE.
SO GOOD.
