Today was a rest day for running. I did about 30 minutes of a horrible exercise video and then gave that up because I am REALLY bad at figuring out the steps. I did jump around a lot and kept my heart rate up but that’s really about it. Directly after that I played Wii Sports for about 15 minutes, making sure to jump around and be active.
Not totally related, I found something called the Push-Up Throw Down. The “challenge” started a few weeks ago, but I figure I can do my own. Push-Up Throw Down. I’m not even going to tell you what my beginning push up number was. I started that today though.
