What Keeps You Running?
Here in Massachusetts, it was in the upper 30s (F) today. Personally, I hate running in cold weather. I really enjoyed running in Cuba this summer when it was in the mid to upper 80s.
Today I found an awesome article that I am going to pick my favorites out of to print up into a booklet whenever I am not motivated to run, especially because of the weather.
