I didn’t get any running in yesterday. :(
Today though:
Distance: 2.0 miles
Time: 23:49
Also this morning I got out my free weights and did some weight lifting and calisthenics. Check out Gimme20.com for the workout I did. I created it and just use the list so I know what exercises to do. I don’t exactly follow the exact directions for each exercise-I use my own technique that I have learned from trainers. I made up the workout myself also.
