I did my weight lifting workout again, but skipped the situps, squats, and ab work at the end because a) they put a lot of strain on my left quad which I strained a while back and don’t want to mess up again and b) I just did it all yesterday and want to get into a 3 days/week routine (Mon, Wed, Fri) so I just did a little today because I was waiting for my mp3 player to charge so I could run.
