Today I did some weight lifting/strength training and then some cross-training by swimming (mostly breast stroke because I’m not swimming-fit enough to do lots of front crawl). I only got to do about 10:34 of it though because it took me a while to find the pool, even though I have a GPS, and the pool closed at 5:00.
