Today I did a mini-boot camp fitness session with a meetup.com group that I attend sometimes. Rob Belley ran it, and it was pretty good. It wasn’t too intense because it was just the beginner session. I’ll be doing his other fitness sessions Mondays and Wednesday’s and they are a little more advanced.
I also did a quick interval run when I got home. Just about 1/2 mile in 6 min.
