I wasn’t really in the mood to run today, but I made myself go. And it was slow going. I don’t know why but my legs were really tired. I stopped to walk in about 3 places. I also pushed past my previous 2.6 miles distance.

Time: 33:38

Distance: 3.1!

I didn’t know I had done 3.1 miles until after I ran when I measured it by driving it with my car. Cool. At least I’m up to the full 5K now.
