I ran twice today.
First I ran one mile at the Mt Vernon Cemetery/XC Trail with the Meetup Group (well ahead of them, most were walking it). Then I felt bad running while everyone else walked (I know, it should be the other way around!) so I walked the 2nd mile with them. By the time we finished it was definitely raining pretty well and I needed a ride home from someone, so I came back to my house.
Then I ran 1.16 miles so I actually ran 3 miles today.
Not too mention, Angela got a way different distance when she used the pedometer. I didn’t think our strides were that different but maybe they are. Also, I wore the pedometer on the 2nd lap of the trail and got 1.35 but I am just going to assume it is really a 1.1 mile loop because my legs weren’t that tired when I ran it the other day so I doubt that it’s 1.6 or 1.3

Oh and I also did some weight lifting for about 45 min? when I got back….Hey it’s Friday night, what else am I gonna do?
