Maybe I should start calling this Triathlon instead because I do want to do one ultimately, but I’m not signed up for any yet. I’ve been trying to get some swim workouts in though.

Swam: 15 laps x 25 yd pool = 375 yds.

Time: About 21 minutes. Idiot me hit the reset instead of the restart button when I swimming underwater. I stopped it in the middle because I did a few laps running side to side in the shallow end.

Run/Walk 

I ran 1 lap of the Abington XC trail (1 mile?) then walked it briskly with Angela. Then ran it again on my own. I timed the running parts of it.  So..

Distance: 2 miles (not counting the walk)

Time: 22:24 (not counting the walk part)

And…….I did the usual Wednesday night mini bootcamp class. We did some divebombers, planks and other “fun” stuff. And sprinted a few times toward the end.
