I’m still here. I haven’t done any exercising. I should have done some strength training. My blisters are starting to scab over. Well they didn’t even really classify as blisters so much as gaping open wounds on my heels.Either way, they are drying out and scabbing over. I’ve been taking it easy on running because of that, biking is just ridiculous with the bike I have now, and I don’t want to go swimming in a public pool with giant holes in my feet. So I haven’t done much of anything. Tomorrow I’m teaching another tennis clinic, and meeting with someone to go over some triathlon biking stuff before it. HOpefully I can get the bike thing straightened out, and my heels should be okay for maybe a run on Friday.
