Back at it!
I never thought I’d say it, but I missed exercising. Not that I coudn’t have done some lifting or other exercise, but I just wasn’t into that this week. I finally ran today for the first time in like a week. I found the amazing stuff we used to use for blisters when i was an athletic trainer in college. It’s called second skin and it’s like a gel tab. Hmm..tough to explain. Either way, it rocks for blisters. This stuff was not for blisters, it was for burns, but it functioned the same way. So I stuck some on my heels and went out for a run.
I actually ran my fastest 3.1 yet!
