Mini brick
Today I did a mini brick workout.
I’m not going to post the times or distances because I don’t really know. I forgot to set my watch until I was halfway through the bike. I don’t know the bike distance either.
I rode my bike to the grocery store ( a mile away…tops). To switch half gallon skim milk for 1% and buy a half gallon of 2%. They didn’t have half gallons in today so I rode home with 2 gallons of milk on my back. Then I ran half a mile. I would have run more but I had to be back in time to go teach tennis lessons in Braintree.
