Swimming
I did my first official swimming workout based on the triathlong plan I’m using.
10 x 25 (yds) drills: I did different swimming drills like practicing breathing and working on strokes.
4 x 25 Sprint: Just swam as fast as I could for 4 lengths, rest 10 seconds between each one.
2 x 100 Threshold: Swim 100 yards twice at about 90%, rest 30 seconds in between.
