I was supposed to bike yesterday but didn’t because it was raining, my bike sucks, and my car broke down on the way home from work. all of this combined to equal me skipping a workout.
Today I did running.
Distance: 3.1 miles
Time: 28:28
Ran 3 minute intervals for most of it, i.e. 3 minutes at 5K pace, 3 minutes jog, 3 min 5K, 3 min jog, etc.
